Companies affiliated to MasterCall Industries shall offer a warranty on any jobs and all job-related equipment that gets installed by a technician on the indicated date of the issued receipt;

The warranty shall extend from the date on the receipt for a specified period of time indicated on the receipt. Should there be no period specified on the receipt, the warranty will extend for one (1) year period from the date indicated on receipt;

The warranty issued does not cover any incorrect use of the installed system or any work undertaken by any individual other than a licensed MasterCall Industries technician;

• MasterCall Industries reserves the right to get the first chance to rectify any damages to equipment or property, within a reasonable time;
• MasterCall Industries’ liability other than the warranty will be restricted to the repairing of resulting damages or value thereof;
• MasterCall Industries shall endeavour to get a technician to visit your premises within 7 days following a warranty claim;

All equipment will continue being the property of MasterCall Industries until that time the full invoice amount shown on the invoice is fully settled.

PLEASE NOTE: When a MasterCall Industries technician comes to attend to a claim and the issue is not a warranty related issue, the technician will charge you a service call fee.
