Warranty
At MasterCall Industries, we provide a 12-month warranty for security systems we’ve installed for you.
For the security system, our team has installed, when it fails or breaks within 1 year as a result of defects or our installation performance, a MasterCall Industries team will replace it, fix it or refund the amount paid.
Details of warranties provided on each product that forms a part of your security system (like NVRs, cameras, or mounting brackets) are accessible on our website.
Effectiveness
Once our installation team has complete your project, and you have paid the whole amount for the security system, if needed, you can then claim your warranty. A parts warranty takes effect once the devices have been delivered and the client has confirmed it.
Compliance
MasterCall Industries Security Services takes installation work seriously, thus we always ensure that our installation services abide by the Australian Consumer Law.
When a problem arises on any of services or products and hasn’t been termed as ‘major failure’ in the Australian Consumer Law, MasterCall Industries will remedy the issue within a sound time. Customers should grant us access to their property, and we will fix the problem free of charge.
In a situation where a problem is due to our services or products and cannot be remedied or it has been termed as ‘major failure’ as per the Australian Consumer Laws, a client is entitled to:
- get a refund but once they cancel the agreement they have with MasterCall Industries;
or
- get compensated the value difference between what was paid and the services we delivered.
