The Customer Referral program was established in order to encourage our customers to share with us the experiences they had from our services. This program is also for supporting those that are looking for MasterCall Industries' professional security products. 

Support us in our quest to provide more top-quality security systems by sharing your connections.

And for that, we wish to say thank you and reward you for assisting us in making more Australian homes and businesses safe.

If any of your referred businesses convert into a project done by our technicians, you will get a $50 gift voucher from us. We will also reward your friend with an offer of $50 off the security system they purchase, so they’ll thank you for that referral.

You can refer your friends via email or you can do so verbally, and please remember the following for eligibility of claims:

1. May be applied for both commercial or residential systems.
2. The referee has to have their system fully paid for and installed (minimum order goes for $800.00) before claiming a reward.
3. There’s no limit to the number of referrals you can makes. So, you can refer to more and more people.
4. The Person you refer must not be a client of Sydney Security Cameras.
5. Once we have confirmed your referral and installation has been done, we’ll send a voucher to your given address by Australian Post within 7 days.
